Kennetiq was commissioned to undertake
some specific consulting and research on behalf of
HP, looking
into the effectiveness of various partner websites
with regard to selling HP Supportpack products, and
suggesting ways to improve the cross selling of Supportpacks
alongside other HP products.
The research was carried out both
online and in face to face meetings with HP online
resellers and distributors around the UK, and the findings,
conclusions and suggestions presented to HP for further
action.
The overall effect of the project has so far been
positive, both in terms of increased sales of Supportpack,
and in terms of improved relationships between HP and
the site owners.
